First thing.

It is best to use the hdmi cable that came with your Sky Stream package.

It is a high speed cable, better suited to Sky Stream output, unless your current hdmi cable mention is a high speed one.

Next;

Check the cables in the back of your Sky Stream puck are connected properly.

Check which HDMI port it's plugged into in the back of your TV.

Make sure you're on that input/source by pressing Source or Input on your TV remote until you find it.

Use the HDMI cable that came with the puck as it's a higher specification one.

Thank you. What a shame Sky only provide a very short HDMI cable making it limited where sky puck can sit!!

Would be better if Sky sent a longer hdmi cable!! Mine is barely long enough!

You can purchase a longer hdmi cable.

Just make sure it mentions it is an HDMI certified 2.1 cable.

Should not cost you more than £10
