We have no live TV on Sky Stream Says wait program loading then nothing then blue screen. Tried everything including reset. Any suggestions on how to fix

@Rustyd7 What speed are you getting at the puck? Open the netflix app and go to Get Help, run connection test.

Thank you for reply but we have had no success so my husband has arranged for a company that supplies support engineer ling . Sky experienced and he has arranged for them to come in next few days to sort it .

Chances are it will be something simple though I see being unable to access live TV in a common fault
