We were sold the whole home as a great service and currently it's not

we have a severely Autistic child that lives for sky in his room and it has constant issues

we also struggle with the puck in our room

only live in a 3 bedroom house so don't understand the issue

What speed of broadband are you paying for? What speed are your pucks actually receiving?

Each puck needs to be receiving a stable connection of at least 25Mbps in order to function with any sort of reliability. To check the speed being received, open the Netflix app on the puck, navigate to the get help menu (top left) and run a network check. Do this on each puck (not at the same time) to see if any of them are struggling to receive a good enough connection.
