Sky stream keeps turning off

I this a new install? When you say turning off- when? Does it turn back on again or do you need to power cycle it? Has it always been like this or just started?

Hi @Biscuits1871 if the puck is turning off after about 10 minutes on pause or after a couple of hours of inactivity (ie the remote hasn't been moved or used) then this is normal behaviour and is part of the ECO system. It is highly annoying but there is no way to turn it off.
