Sky stream pucks not working

Hi i have 5 sky stream pucks in my setup and 2 are not working , everytime u try to watch anything they freeze and reset looking to get replacements as tried all online suggestions

I presume you've checked the broadband speed actually being received by your problematic pucks? (Netflix > Get Help > Network check)

If you have then you'll need to ring Sky to request replacements.

hi yes im on the 5gbps plan and getting 850mbs to each puck, is there no other way to contact sky other than phone, no online chat

Sadly not. If you want replacement pucks you'll need to speak to someone and follow their troubleshooting before they'll agree to send out new ones.
