To do this, open the Netflix app on the puck, navigate to the get help menu (top left) and run a network check.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your speed needs to be 25Mbps &lt;EM&gt;absolute minimum&lt;/EM&gt; to have any chance of a service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
