Just plugged in the puck I paid for in 2022 before calling sky to see if they have any offers on & low & behold it flash sky a few times then says software error & a qr just been spending the last hour following the instructions & getting nowhere. Oh well that'll save me some money because I can't get hold of sky for support

You can even make some money from it if you own it. Stick it on eBay and you'll get a few quid for it. I sold a puck I bought for £20 during the soft launch in 2022 for £80!

It doesn't work so why would I sell it.? Just spoken to 2 Sky employees (South African I think) first person sounded like they were at a party a lot of laughing going on.

I said you sound busy, she replied they were laughing because someone fell over & to fix my issue I would need to resubscribe at £35 per month.

I declined . Called back & spoke to a guy & that offer went down to £18 per month. I said ok but I don't think that's the reason the puck won't work .

I asked him if adding the package doesn't work can he remove it. He said yes, he could remove it as quickly as adding it. Which wasn't true because he had to get a manager to remove it. Anyway apparently it's been done but I won't hold my breath & I'll check my bills
