Sky Essentials TV Package

I have recently changed my TV package to Sky Essentials due to financial difficulties but I do not understand why I can't access Netflix with ads which according to sky is included in the Essentials deal. Can anyone explain please?

Is this on Sky Q? If it is then Netflix is not included in Sky Q Essentials.

Netflix is included on the Essential TV package on Sky Stream.

The product on Glass and Stream which includes Netflix and Sky Atlantic is 'Essential TV'

On Sky Q and Sky+ HD it's 'Television Essentials' which is only free to air satellite channels.
