I have an ordinary tv my puck is not working. does it only work on a sky glass tv

No. A Sky Stream puck can be used with any TV which has an HDMI socket. A Glass TV does not require a puck as it has the SkyOS built in.

Hi @Annesimm and welcome to the forum. Absolutely not. The point of the stream puck is that it connects to a standard TV. If you are having issues getting it setup have a look at THIS help flow link. If at the end you are still having trouble click on the need more help button and you will find a number to cal Sky for more troubleshooting.
