Puck keeps turning off

My Sky puck keeps switching off after around 10minutes for no reason., constantly having to wait for it to restart. Just for it to do it again.

I have done everything that is said to do. Resetting and all thay

I do have another puck in another room which has no issues.

How do I get replacement puck this one is sky owned.

Have you tried swapping the working puck with the one causing issues?

Just to be sure it's not local interference type connection issue that is causing the turn offs and restarts.

Have same issue on 2 separate pucks which started about a week ago.
