Hi @TomTrafford23

Connectivity between the router and the puck is just as important as the router and the internet. I'll be honest I dont know much about this company and if it is sky who supports it directly or dedicated support. For Sky landline and mobile customers calling 150 will get you through to customer support.

Re ethernet, could home plugs not be an option?

MikeAlanR

Sky Puck help

We have just moved into a new build where the only internet provider is Seethelight (a sky sister company). Our internet is fast / all our non sky streaming works perfectly, even sky go works really well but for some reason the sky stream puck needs to be reset daily to work, it wont load shows sometimes, kicks us out of tv shows whilst we are watching them and apparently if it rains it wont work at all.

Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this or a way to speak to a human rather than their AI chat (which doesn't work). We cannot do it via an ethernet cable as the router is in a different room to our living room.
