topic Calls from sky customer services in Sky Stream

I have made several complaints in respect of the sky stream service. The first time I got a call from them I missed the call altogether. The next time they called after I complained again because I'd heard nothing they rang again but they gave me only about 4 seconds to answer the phone. I again complained and on.

The third time they tried to contact me I was waiting at the alotted time for the call, phone directly on the table in front of me determined to catch the call. My phone rang but by the time I put down my coffee and picked up the phone, the call was ended. The phone rang for no more than 2 seconds.

I was fuming. I realised that this is probably a behavior by customer service staff that enables them to log a callback with no reply. I suspect this is due to pressure to meet call quotas. I'm convinced that wether or not Sky know about this or not, it is widely practiced and should be investigated.

There is no other reason I can think of as to why they gave me absolutely no chance of answering.

Has anyone else noticed this ???
