    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm experiencing the exact same as the op. Rebooting does nothing, the Puck comes back up with no favourites or TV Guide. I have to reset and set up from scratch to get it working again. This is a daily thing now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have noticed that the apps remain available and stream fine, it just seems the Puck is loosing my account settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having to reset my puck almost daily. The main menu seems fine, I can access apps but whenever I try to watch live or catch up I get one of 2 error messages. Either, please wait for your programme to load or, there is a technical fault. Once I reset it is usually ok until it's powered down. Every time I switch it on, I have the same issue 🤦‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":female_sign:"&gt;♀️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What you are both describing is a known issue which Sky are working on and will hopefully be resolved in a software update when they find a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have learn from experience that when it happens to me no amount of messing about gets it working again other than rebooting my puck as you are already doing. &amp;nbsp;Consequently (and annoyingly) as soon as you get that message just reboot a don't bother trying anything else..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
