    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue with no apps on the stream puck. Tried resetting many times, hard reset, unplugged etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to refresh apps I just get the message on screen saying "There was a problem refreshing your apps"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted Sky and they took me through all the troubleshooting for it not to work so they sent out a replacement puck and I've just had the exact same on this puck. Contacted Sky again and was sent to their tech team, randomly got a text saying it had been fixed... but still no apps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Surely it's an issue with my account rather than the pucks themselves.. live tv works fine on it, just unable to use anything on Netflix, Disney etc. It's been like this for 2 months since I've had it with Sky Glass, all the apps are working and fine on the Glass, just not the puck!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband was activated today which meant I could finally use the Sky Puck to stream. I have the package where Netflix is included. However, when I scroll down to apps there are no streaming apps and when I voice command to open 'Netflix' it says I can't do that. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep! I can watch live TV. But when I scroll down to apps, the only ones there are 'Sky' and 'Sky Store'. The store being movie rentals etc&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you check that in your MySky app or online, it is showing your Sky puck being activated?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to the service checker, click on Streaming TV, it should show details your Sky Stream puck, with a green tick.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Would suggest doing a restart of your Sky Stream box&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that does not resolve your issue, try a refresh of the apps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt; then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt; and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;The apps refresh can sometimes take up to 24 hours to complete.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In MySky app, within service checker, it says 'Looks good' for streaming TV, within the Sky Stream Puck it is all green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to reset the box twice and eventually the apps have appeared now. After around 3 hours it being connected to the WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for responses!&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue... on my second streaming puck and still no apps available. I assume you can get stuff like Disney, Paramount, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Followed your advice and have reset twice already, still no luck. Spoke to tech support and they've never heard of this issue before!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm not home to be 100% correct but it says 'the app is not installed' and if I click on any Netflix show on the home menu it says 'the programme is not available'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;under apps, I have Sky and Sky Store only.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
