<title>topic Sky puck not working in Sky Stream</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/Sky-puck-not-working/m-p/5117724#M61467</link>
<description>I have a 2 year old puck. It has always been intermittent but now hardly works at all. I keep having to reboot but it continually does not connect to WiFi, keeps dropping out, says there is a technical fault or is very laggy. When I go on diagnostics it says it's working fine. This is clearly not the case. How do I get a replacement?</description>
