Could you elaborate some more on your issue?

If this is a new setup and activation, are you getting any error messages, plus read work through this setup help article;

Connect it to your router with an ethernet cable to begin with. Once it's (hopefully) stable and has done its software updates you can switch to using WiFi.
This assumes you have a decent, fast and stable broadband connection in the first place of course.... 25Mbps absolute minimum.
