    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3491884"&gt;@Victoria+Vyse&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Try swapping the pucks around. &amp;nbsp;This will tell you if it is the puck causing the issue or if the location is causing the problem. &amp;nbsp;If it proves to be the puck I would call Sky for some troubleshooting and if necessary&amp;nbsp;a replacement puck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my sky puck that we've had for a while keeps constantly crashing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have to hard reset it every time to get the red and amber flashing lights then go through updating the software, signing in, resetting the pin because it forgets it each time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is now the third consecutive time this has happened and it takes about half an hour to get it back up and running again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a another puck and that's absolutely fine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any advice???&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
