      <title>Sky puck technical issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got a new sky puck included within a broadband package. However have been unsuccessful in setting it up. Stuck on a page saying 'sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem.' It has been like this for a week or so. Have phone sky and was on the for 50 min but then call cut out so gave up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was not able to set the puck up fully as was coming up saying we didn't have a subscription even though we did. So roughly around there I think&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
