Have you checked the speed your puck is actually receiving? To do this, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu at the top left and run a network check.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you cannot provide a good enough broadband connection to your puck then you'll likely continue to have issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
