    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3479822"&gt;@Austin+John&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Maybe there is an issue with the returns as I have just posted on another thread where the poster was having the same issue. &amp;nbsp;My reply to that thread was as follows&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;"The same thing happened to me a few years ago when returning a Sky Q multiroom puck. &amp;nbsp;I phoned Sky with my proof of postage details and they sorted the matter out over the phone."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
