I'm trying to watch revival on sky max playback. Aspect ratio is off on 2 separate TVs and pucks despite TV settings being fine on both. There are no problems with any other programmes.

Managed to watch episode 1 fine. It started with episode 2.

@Floradora1 Might be worth contacting viewer relations to let them know. I routinely record Alfred Hitchcock Presents on Sky Arts. Most episodes are fine (correctly in the 1.33:1 aspect ratio, black bars either side). A handful of episodes have the black bars either side and then the entire image shrunk within a letterbox black bars top and bottom, meaning the 1.33:1 picture is surrounded on all four side by black bars.
