Hi @PV64

Your not talking to sky this is a customer helps customer community. EETV is a product over a closed ISP multicast network not a product that works with multiple ISPs so direct comparison can't really be drawn. However it should work perfectly with Sky kit. I have 4 pucks and 2 Glass units with no issues on EE (although have had previous issues with EE kit compatibility).

In terms of netflix, sky only mange the billing side not the credentials. Have you followed the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

I switched form BT/EE TV billing of Netflix to Sky billing using the above method.

If you don't believe sky are meeting your expectations you can complain as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/your-account/making-a-complaint/how-to-make-a-complaint/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

MikeAlanR

SKY PUCK Issues

Having moved house and choosing SKY to be my tv provider.

Delivery was late 06/10/2025

. Only 2 puck arrived when 3 was ordered. All excited and ready to start up my tv. Since the week we have had SKY Puck, there has been lots of issues.

Dropping off WIFI

Losing programmes with just a black screen

No Netflix even though it's in our package When SKY is called they just a ticket has been raised to correct Netflix. On operater even said go to my old Netflix account.

I ha BT/EE TV before., which there was no issues.

Unfortunately EE do not cover my our area.

This is not the best start to our SKY products. Reading other customers who have SKY PUCK Streaming seem to have similar issues.

Sky you need to get your act together because you are taking good money for the service.
