      <title>Sky Puck - Hard Reset - Asking for activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Done a hard reset lastnight thinking the pck had gone faulty - No live channels (later found out was an issue in the area)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now the puck is asking for activation, the issue is the QR code takes you to sky.com/activation this page is restricted?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am loggged in with the right account as i can see the puck under account settings, how do i activate the puck if the webpage is restricted?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;DanP5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you&amp;nbsp; say that you have done a hard reset, do you&amp;nbsp; mean that you have done a factory reset. If so a factory reset should only be done when talking to an advisor from&amp;nbsp; sky to take you&amp;nbsp; through it&amp;nbsp; as it can cause&amp;nbsp; more&amp;nbsp; problems&amp;nbsp; than it solves, you&amp;nbsp; will probably have to ring sky about this issue, it may have removed your account details from the puck&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
