Sky Stream all playlists gone

Myself and a friends ( different account and property ) playlist on the Sky streams ALL GONE ??

did restart in menus and also complete power off and on

Sky OS 1.3

build ends .045.01P

UI 3.33.0

Platform Version 8.1p52s1

hardware model 5103.4.8

two house two accounts must be Sky issue ?

Lost content in my Playlist tried the usual reboot etc but can't get it back, any ideas 🤔

Hi I've gone to watch my playlist today as I've not watched my previous days of programmes that I have added and if I click playlist there is nothing just favourites which are my 5 channels, if I scroll to bottom manage all the programmes show up I'm baffled all help would be appreciated

Suddenly they are back

I did a restart and they didn't come back

left the box for 10 mins and they've come back on their own

Hi @jamesbo and welcome to the forum. Unfortunately this is nothing new. I have been on the streaming platform since June 2022 and have seen it umpteen times, in fact it happened to me only a few days ago. I simply ignore it and select the programme I want to watch from my playlist and then next time I go to the home page it has usually reappeared.

This has happened again!

Everything in my playlist has disappeared. I re-added a few things to the list and by the next day they had gone too.

I've tried the usual reboot but nothing has fixed it.

Also gone is the entire 'Currently Watching' (or whatever it's called) bar on the home page.

As a software engineer myself it's beyond belief that Sky continue to let such shoddy, untested software out the door.

Is there any point in adding things back to the list yet again?
