i have a sky glass gen 2, ultimate tv suscription and whole home package but never recieved a puck when my order was delivered

Did you add a puck to your order? They don't come automatically with Whole Home.

i assumed the first one comes with when you add the package and any additional ones i need to pay

Unfortunately not. Logic would dictate that it should, but Sky think otherwise and you need to actually add the puck to your order.

Unfortunately as Whole Home does grant additional features such as Sky Go Extra, some people add Whole Home due to that rather than wanting additional pucks, which is likely the reason that when you add Whole Home you also need to add the number of pucks you wish to order.
