Hi @Fothergill1

Unfortunately, that hasn't worked but I appreciate your effort and speedy reply. I'll know now how to reboot should anything else look odd in the future.

Many thanks indeed.

Hi all

I've had a few instances lately where things I've wanted to watch on catch up aren't what they are supposed to be. This afternoon, I've gone in to watch 'Ted's Notebook' after the Singapore GP and it's playing an episode of The Simpsons! Can anyone advise please?

I'm relatively new to Sky. Paying enough every month but starting to think it's not all that tbh.

Many thanks

Hi @LucyGlitters and welcome to the forum. It sounds as though your puck has picked up some software glitches which might be resolved by rebooting your puck.

Go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t be concerned when this happens.

Hopefully your playlist will now pickup the correct programmes in the future.

Hi @LucyGlitters it was certainly worth a try. I always run a reboot procedure at the first sign of any problem.

Since making my earlier post I have come across another thread where the same thing seems to be happening with Sky Cinema. It might be worth a read: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/What-s-On/What-s-going-on-with-Cinema-channels-today/td-p/5107627# .

There is also mention of the issue with Sky Cinema on the closed forum so I will give them a link to your original post.
