My Internet speed is 129.7 mbps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only got this 3 months ago! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like I have to ring them anyways so will ask about doing the software reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebecca&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky stream technical fault</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only app that I have that's working is YouTube, all the others will show the ads and then say technical fault please try again later. This includes all sky channels.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to get the home screen but not play anything from it. Can't get into Netflix at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My 5g is working no problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have turned the puck on and off. Refreshed the apps. Restarted the puck all to no joy. Rebooted the Internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;There is no issue with sky stream in my area.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebecca&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Rebecca,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a dodgy WiFi signal to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the YouTube app is more forgiving, for example I can reboot my internet while it's streaming and it doesn't notice, where the other apps refuse to work without a reboot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you changed anything recently (layout, positioning of router/TV etc)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe a forced software update would fix this, I'd recommend a call to sky to perform this&lt;/P&gt;</description>
