Home screen program options not loading

On the main / home screen. If you select the presented channel/show (e.g. football), the program will not load and it freezes until it resets. I have to continuely go into the TV guide and select the channel that way. It does the same when in the Playlist area too.

Hi @Gavin75 and welcome to the forum. Assuming it was working correctly it may just be a software glitch so I would try restarting the Glass/puck by going into Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t be concerned when this happens.
