    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, new member and first time post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Sky puck was delivered and set up last Tuesday (30th Sept) but unfortnately it doesnt appear to be fully active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I look in My Sky &amp;gt; Your Products &amp;gt; Sky Subscriptions, both Netflix and Sky Ultimate TV are still showing as 'processing'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is also showing two pucks; one as active and one awaiting delivery, I only ordered one which is the active one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Furthermore as part of my package it includes Discovery+ but when I try to set this up I get the error MYSKY_2002.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what the fix is, I spoke to Sky CS and not much further forward.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem.. everything is still saying processing and received 2 pucks and set them up Monday night but still says I'm waiting for another 2 to be delivered. I have read that it can take up to 48hrs to fully activate . If no improvement tomorrow I will be calling sky&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Justyd,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mine was deliveried and set up last Tuesday (30th Sept) I only ordered one which was sent and received fine but my account is also showing another one waiting to be delivered which is incorrect. I phoned Sky again today and no help at all, told me to wait another 72 hours! Sadly not a great first impression.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you have better luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
