Ad Skipping button /Next Episode no longer appears

On Sky Stream, if I watch box sets such as Game Of Thrones, the ad skip option has vanished from this morning. I've rebooted 3 times. Is this a known issue? I can fast forward ads. The Next Episode option is also missing.

Funny you should mention that!

I noticed during Coronation Street last night that the automatic skip forward of adverts was gone, and we had to fast forward through the ads?

Im sure it used to bring up a blank screen and fast forward in the background to the next segment.

I've always been able to select the Skip Ads box, if I missed it I could press up on the remote and it would appear again. It's gone, and at the end of a programme I have to fast forward it until it stops and it goes to the main menu instead of auto playing the next episode.

Have you tried a reboot to see if that fixes the issue?

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Yes, I put it in my original post that I've rebooted 3 times. Also refreshed apps in the settings to see if that helped.
