itvx not streaming

On both our Pucks ITVx starts but does not stream any content

Anyone else having issues with itvx tonight, the wife just went to watch emmerdale and the screen just goes blank the app opens ok but if you select something to watch the is blank

Having same issue - wife wanting to catch back emmerdale but just blank screen - works on glass but not puks

To All. Spent an hour on phone with Sky Support. It seems that a powerdown reset of both Pucs did the job. Also had one connected via wifi with connections dropping and only gettimg 45Mbps. A reset of the router holding the WPS button for 20secs seems to have also sorted that after logging the wifi of the Puc back in . Now getting a good 400+Mbps

Same here on my Sky Stream.

Was fine yesterday as watched a few things on there.

A settings restart though has fixed the issue for me.

So worth trying that.

Try refreshing the apps in the settings but it can take a while for them to refresh, alternatively you could also try a reboot of the puck to see if it resolves it for you @APW2

Powered pucks off for 1 minute and back on - after a few mins start up tried ITVX and it's working --- although didn't try wife's emmerdale ( think she removed it in frustration yesterday)

No itvx

Load up itvx home page comes up but when I load a program its just blank nothing loads up

Hi @Stelee68 . Try restarting the Glass/puck by going into Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t be concerned when this happens.

Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

Sky puck issues first netflix was playing up now my itvx why am I having so many issues with this, if anyone else having problems with there sky pucks please let me know and what i can do to make it better?

What problem are you having? If you're in the STV area you need to use the STV app for catch-up of recent ITV1 shows.

Going to settings open it go to system management open it resets and updates and restart device that should do it
