Streaming stuttering

My sky go picture keeps "stuttering".

On all stations it will suddenly give a blank screen for a millisecond and then comes on again. This happens every few minutes. I've tried turning off and resetting but still it happens.

Anyone got any ideas?

If you are connected to your wifi network then have you tried a reboot of your router at that mains ?

Didn't think of trying that because the sky testing page says WiFi ok, but I'll try that tomorrow anyway. Thanks for your suggestion

Tried switching off router and TV and resetting Go Plus box but no avail.

Any further advice, please

There is no such box as a go plus one so is this happening on a Sky Stream box ?

Am also getting it, mainly on the latency 922 channel. I have my puck plugged in via Ethernet. I have informed a very helpful person at Sky

Mine stutters on all streaming sites. I get 500 mgs on my router so that should be fine. Do you have a phone number at Sky who you spoke to ,please ?

Seems to have corrected itself now. Been ok for 3 days
