      <description>Hi, we have sky broadband and tv and the sky stream puck keeps crashing while watching tv the only solution is to turn off and on at the mains, I have also tried hard and soft reset and consistently refresh the apps but the puck keeps crashing and also freezing. Have checked the speed it's receiving and it's 220 mbps so don't think it's a issue with broadband speed. It happens several times a day. Any help much appreciated.</description>
