UHD HDR Missing

Been using Sky Stream for a couple of months, I like it a lot but there's definitely some issues and it's frustrating that the software can be buggy

One of the issues I have is that having subscribed to a UHD add on there's a issue with programmes that ARE in UHD not showing the info on their description and therefore won't play in UHD

To resolve this issue I have to either turn off and on the Puck and TV or reset via settings

This usually resolves the problem and the UHD HDR info returns to the description of the show and it plays in UHD

I'm sure it's a issue with the software, and I would imagine others have experienced it though I can't find much evidence on the forum

Hi @GRS67

If it was a wide spread issue on the community there would be more reports of it. Maybe worth advising the make and model of your TV, it could be a handshake issue with HDMI. Have you the ability to try the puck on a different TV and see if the option disappears? Also how often before the option disappears again?

My TV is LG C3

I've recently upgraded the HDMI cable to 2.1

I'm experiencing the issue daily, once Sky Steam home screen is loaded more often than not the information for programmes in UHD is missing and if I select the programme it will play but not in UHD

As I mentioned I have a active UHD add on

When the missing information appears I either turn off then back on the TV or more often I use the reset option which always works to show the correct information

Any help would be appreciated as it's a bit of a pain having to go through the reset option everyday

Unfortunately I don't have option to try the puck on another TV
