Returning the Streaming Puck

Hello,

I will be returning the Stream puck and have just received the packaging but have a query? What do I need to send back - is it the puck plus, HDMI, Ethernet and remote?

You need to send all you have mentioned back.

So in the packaging put in your Sky Stream Puck, Sky Stream power supply, Sky Stream remote control, hdmi cable and ethernet cable.

Do make sure you keep hold of or make a copy of your posting receipt, you may need that at a later date.

Send back everything that came in the original package - puck, power supply, remote and HDMI cable.
