      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered 2 additional pucks 18/09 both arrived 19/09 fantastic right!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually no it's not, as both pucks are showing on the system as awaiting dispatch they are not recorded against my account so can't be activated or linked. Skys advice wait a day or so! Maybe I could use them as coasters until then! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Puck - No Subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just received my Sky Puck today after purchasing Sky Stream from a Sky store on Monday. I've followed all the on-screen instructions, including activating it but I just get the message "No Subscription".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I check my MySky it shows my Sky Ultimate TV is activated, the puck appears in my devices list. I've restarted the puck several times, including removing mains power for 15 minutes but still get the same error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to call Sky but just got an automated response with a text message linking to Sky's online help which hasn't been helpful so far!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The my orders section says its waiting dispatch even though I received the puck today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't activate the puck. It's just a useless paperweight at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to sky who escalated it. He said he would contact me later today. As its now 1720 and still haven't heard anything I don't think it's going to be fixed today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I.e. when you have plugged your puck in and joined WiFi etc?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I made the decision to move from sky q to stream after getting home from work to no satellite signal on Friday due to scaffolding which is going to be up for another month at least.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky pucks arrived yesterday which was well ahead of schedule as the tracking said Tuesday so I was pleasantly surprised that they arrived so quickly. I am getting as far as the part to link my account &amp;amp; put the 6 digit code in and it isn't going any further. I spoke to sky who have raised it with the relevant teams and have escalated it....no idea how long this will take and I am now without services unless I hook up my sky q box again which I feel is a waste of time if the issue will likely be rectified in a day or so. I've reset it a couple of times and get to the same stage each time!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone had this issue? Is it because the pucks can't be activated until the delivery status changes to delivered?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
