    <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to ring&amp;nbsp; sky&amp;nbsp; now, as you should&amp;nbsp; never do a factory reset without being on the phone with a sky advisor&amp;nbsp; and they are taking you through it, only they can tell you to do a factory reset&amp;nbsp; as it will remove you account details from the puck, factory reset&amp;nbsp; is for clearing your&amp;nbsp; details&amp;nbsp; if you are sending it&amp;nbsp; back for&amp;nbsp; a replacement r&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or you are selling&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got my stream puck yesterday, plugged in and set up and now whenever I select a channel the box freezes instantly and will not let me input anything or play the channel. Reset to factory to try and get it working and now it's freezing on the set up pages. Not a great start to be honest...living up to the classic sky reputation. Unless it's fixed soon I'll be cancelling and moving to a competitor whose service will work as it should.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it freezing&amp;nbsp; then you&amp;nbsp; don't&amp;nbsp; have enough&amp;nbsp; broadband speed&amp;nbsp; to&amp;nbsp; the&amp;nbsp; puck or a bad wifi connection try connecting it with an ethernet cable it more stable&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
