One of my sky pucks keeps freezing and or crashes. I've unplugged it for various lengths of time from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. I've reset to factory settings, updated software, but it still freezes after a few minutes. Ive tried swapping it out for a working puck and all works fine. I've tried the puck in another location, same problems occur. I've tried calling sky, but get referred back to here. Fair to say that I'm now at my wits end

Would suggest from your location moving of the puck, you may have a faulty puck.

You will need to persevere with calling Sky for this.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to.

Some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.

That didn't work, message said you have not been given access to this number. I tried WhatsApp, was put in a queue for broadband 🤷‍♂️ Still running around in circles after more than two hours without any success. I don't know what else I can do
