My sky stream puck keeps losing connection and won't load any programmes properly without telling me it's lost connection again. When I enter settings and update network settings it tells me there is an excellent connection. The time taking to run through the menu is also very slow with the screen showing please wait for long periods of time. Currently no programmes or apps will load. I've gone through all the suggested fixes but this has been ongoing for about 24 hours now.

It's up to the customer to provide this good network connection, be it by testing and maintaining a robust WiFi network or connecting via ethernet to their router.
