topic Sky puck constantly going to white screen in Sky Stream

Have had Sky stream for 3 weeks and at least every other day it goes to a white screen but still has sound. Sometimes a reboot works sometimes not. Have done factory reset and no change. Sky suggested connecting to Hub with Ethernet cable which I did no change. So bought a new cable and same problem. Tried calling SKY but every time it's an hours wait. Is it a faulty puck?

To anyone having this issue, settings > picture & sound > streaming format > select uhd or hd

auto seems to confuse the box 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Felaroo Whether it is a faulty puck or not I cannot say, perhaps ringing Sky at different times when you think it may not be so busy. In the meantime check your setup. It needs to be quite specific. Check your router is not near a window or mirror, that it has direct line of sight to your puck with nothing in the way. Make sure the puck stands alone not touching anything with space around it and several feet away from other electrical equipment.
