See: &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However it sounds like you can't get as far as opening the app? Try unplugging your puck for at least 2 minutes and trying again. If that doesn't work go to settings &amp;gt; system management&amp;gt; resets and updates &amp;gt; refresh apps. Note this can take up to 24 hours to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failing that you may need to do a reset. But the usual advice here is to only do this with the assistance of Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
