You haven't given any information on what the fault is? Many members of the community have seen most issues and had to deal with various processes to get up and running ourselves. So if you give us some more information we may be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively you can make.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky puck fault for a week now and just keep getting told that back office team are investigating the fault.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;takes an hour of my time just to get through on the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;terrible customer service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry, came home to find sky puck not working and code on tv screen asking me to sign back in using a QR code and the number displayed but it doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;contacted sky and they said that my account has been accidentally closed but don't know how.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they have sent it now for back office but told me on phone it could take weeks before sorted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;just doesn't seem feasible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
