Sky puck screen flashing on and off

I need help with a sky puck. The screen is flashing on and off. I've reset the puck. Changed HDMI cables but still happening. Unwatchable.

Have you tried turning it off at the mains for ten minutes ? and what reset have you done ? We are all fellow customers on here like yourself, can you please give more information about the reset that you have tried

I've done the full factory reset. Pressing the standby button until the colours change and it still did it. It was fine then as soon as the reset finished it did it again. I've had it turned off for 10 mins and plugged it back in again and still did it. I've used three different hdmi cables. Still does it. It was fine yesterday

When you did the factory reset were you advised to do so by sky? As it says your settings and account details may be removed, if the problem is still on going then you will have to ring sky

No sky didn't tell me too. Anybody got the number for sky can't find it anywhere. My settings and everything loads fine just flashes on and off.

Update. It appears to be the soundbar. I plug the puck directly into the tv it works fine. It must be the pass through on the soundbar. It's a brand new soundbar as well
