If using WiFi do not assume because you have a fast connection to the internet at your router that the puck must have a good connection. You can see the strength of the connection by going into the pucks Network settings. It is also sensible to measure speed the puck is getting by going intomthe Get Help menu in the Netflix app and running the Network test.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
