You can check the speed the puck is getting by going into the Netflix app going yo Get Help and running the Network test. Poor WiFi would explain your issues.

What is going on. Started having trouble with a sky puck on Wednesday evening. Watching game of thrones fine then after the episode finished a sign came up saying there was a technical fault. Got intouch with sky on Thursday because the puck stopped working. Got a feeble answer saying it was the remote so they will send us a new one. Unplugged this puck and plugged in our other one from another room. Now this one is starting to play up. Stopping mid-program and the voice control not working. What is going on?

So have you plugged in the original problem puck into the other room? What happened then?
