My tv is showing wrong location on the news how do I change the location of where I live

Which region are you in and which region are you getting on TV? is this affecting BBC, ITV, or both?

You should receive the correct region based on your address and there is no way to manually change this. Sometimes you may get the wrong local news if your own local programme can't be broadcast due to a technical problem, fire alarm or similar incident.

Both bbc and itv, I'm in London region and getting anglia news and look east

Assuming you have not moved house and/or your postcode showing in your MySky account is still showing correctly, not sure why the region has changed for you if it was working fine previously.

Plus, assume you have not done any kind of Factory reset of the puck, as that can sometimes cause ongoing account issues, unless Sky have asked you to do that or you were on Sky on a chat or call, while doing so.

If you have not done so, do a settings restart of the puck;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
