    <description>&lt;P&gt;Only Netflix can unlink your Sky account from your Netflix account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the reason that only Netflix can it do is because it's the billing setting on the linked Netflix account which changes as part of the linking process and Sky don't have access to Netflix's system to change this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unlink Netflix</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I pay for Netflix through my Sky account, however the account logged in is my ex's. I have been kicked out as we are now different households.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've contacted Netflix and they're being useless, the only options I can find on Sky is to upgrade and downgrade the Netflix package.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The SkyBot AI doesn't recognise the question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I unlink the account so I can set up a new Netflix account which is then linked and billed through Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Afraid, it's not easy to do this with Sky Glass/Sky Stream.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Netflix cannot remove or alter a third party payment method on an account like for Sky Stream/Sky Glass.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All they can do is reset it, if there are issues once the third party payment has expired or cancelled, like exiting your Sky TV subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Taken from the Sky Netflix FAQ&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;I&gt;For Sky Glass or Sky Stream&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;STRONG style="font-family: inherit; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;"&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; As Netflix is included as part of the Sky Ultimate TV pack, you can’t remove Netflix from your Sky TV package. To cancel Netflix with Sky, you’d need to cancel your whole TV package.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;I&gt;When you've linked a Netflix account on Sky Glass or Sky Stream, you can’t undo this&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sky will have to do some kind of Sky subscription reset or renewal.&lt;/P&gt;
