Hi @MikeBa

Your not talking to sky this is a customer helps customer community. Sky don't routinely read or respond to posts here nor can they identify you from a post.

It's not a wideapread issue but there have been other posts on the community where this has happened. Usually unplugging your puck, restarting the router and then powering on the puck restores it.

When you say disappeared for clarity can you get into the playlist but cannot see any shows? Or does it disappear completely (i.e button and all) also if you say the name of a show does that show as being added to playlist. Also does anything show in manage all?

MikeAlanR

For the third time in as many weeks my playlist has disappeared. I've tried disconnecting the power, doing a full reset and adding my list (now on a piece of paper!) back in. A few days later I'm back to square one. I have three stream boxes and the problem is across them all. Come on Sky please sort this out as when I called your support team for help the bloke was totally useless. Any ideas on here?

Mikealanr I can get into the playlist but it is completely empty as though nothing has been added into it. I've done the power on/off and router solution (the latter of which knocked out all my tech but was worth the hassle of excluding this is a problem) so clearly not at my end. Sky have been really hopeless if I'm honest which is such a disappointment in my opinion. Just trying to see if I'm alone or if others are working through the same problems right now.
