Sky have no idea how many TVs you have and you have to order each additional puck (and pay a £39.99 fee for each).       <description>I ordered whole home in my initial setup but only received one puck. Should I have received a second puck and remote for the TV upstairs? Will arrive separately at a later date or should it have arrived together? Ive checked my delivery status and there's nothing pending.</description>

&lt;P&gt;You wouldn't be the first to take the 'Whole Home' marketing name rather too literally: Sky has no way of knowing how many television sets need to be equipped with a Stream puck to achieve this (even if the previous subscription was for a legacy Sky platform)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
