      <title>Puck not playing Live TV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my pucks will not play live TV only apps like Netflix. Other works fine, broadband checked and is fine, have rebooted as suggested but still not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, will not harm, but perform a restart or your broadband router, with the Sky Puck in standby mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the broadband router is back, wait five minutes and hit Home key on the Sky Stream remote, to start up your Puck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
